By Ferry Loeve | Senior Hair Colourist

We adore shopping in Tokyo, but we are especially mad about the food. The crazy thing about Tokyo is that you can eat well anywhere. From luxury restaurants to streetfood stands and mall foodcourts, it’s all excellent. Go for a walk and explore!

What to do

  • DAIMARU CENTER

An amazing spot for beauty buys. The food department in the basement is also worth a visit. Order fried crab legs with lots of sesame mayo.

  • ASAKUSA

The most fun shopping experience. There’s not just a great selection of both modern retail and traditional craft stores, but also the opportunity to do some sightseeing along the way, with century old temples and beautiful restaurants by the waterside.

It’s worth visiting the authentic neighborhood of Yanaka. Great lunch here at CIBI, Japanese and Western food.
