This Michelin-starred restaurant is headed by Chef Alvaro Sanz. A student of some of the world’s most famous chefs, Alvaro has experience in eight different Michelin-star restaurants all over the world. He now brings all of this experience to Ibiza, serving Mediterranean cuisine with a very personal twist in a tranquil villa.

A concept by Two-Michelin-starred chef Edwin Vinke, this place is pure joy. Named for the age of the historic villa the restaurant is set in, the food and the design of the villa, located on top of a mountain, are completely over the top—lavish and luxurious. The food is fantastic, as Edwin uses his skills masterfully to creatively present the best seafood.

A perfect classic lunch and dinner spot right at the beach with a view at Es Vedra. This restaurant is a golden oldie on Ibiza, operating since 1980. It has a rugged charm, even when it rains.
