Bearleaders partners with exceptional hotels to create and represent unlisted Hotel Journeys — original multi-day stays developed specifically for the Luxury Travel Trade, beyond the hotel's regular public offering.
For luxury travel advisors, the ability to offer something their clients cannot simply find and book online is an important part of their value.
Hotel Journeys give them something distinctive to recommend to their HNW/UHNW clients, while connecting hotels with guests seeking personal attention, insider access and experiences beyond the ordinary.
Together with each hotel, we create a distinctive Journey that brings together unique experiences and, importantly, the people who make the hotel exceptional — from owners and General Managers to chefs, sommeliers and other tastemakers.
What Bearleaders does
Creating the Hotel Journey is only the beginning. Bearleaders shapes the Journey together with your hotel and makes it ready for the Luxury Travel Trade.
This includes:
- Developing the copy, PDF and marketing materials
- Presenting the Journey within the Bearleaders portfolio
- Representing it to selected Luxury Travel Trade partners, including your own
- Creating reels, posts, stories and newsletters around the Journey and its tastemakers through Bearleaders' own channels
- Keeping the Journey and its presentation up to date as your offering evolves
Your hotel has one point of contact at Bearleaders for updates, new photography and changes to the Journey — keeping the proposition consistent across Trade partners.
Unlisted by Design
Hotel Journeys are kept unlisted so the Luxury Travel Trade can recommend something original that their clients cannot simply find and book independently.
Rather than creating endless variations for individual trade partners, we develop one distinctive Journey that can be shared selectively in a recognisable format.
The complete Journey is not publicly listed by the hotel, the Trade partner or Bearleaders. Instead, it is shared privately with selected Trade partners, who can introduce it discreetly to their clients or members.
Because each Journey involves the personal participation of the hotel's people and access that cannot simply be replicated at scale, availability remains carefully controlled.
Distribution is a partnership
Bearleaders develops partnerships with established Luxury Travel Trade organisations internationally.
Hotels already have valuable Trade relationships of their own. They can introduce Bearleaders to the partners they would like their Hotel Journey to reach.
We then work with those partners to agree how they will actively introduce the Journey to their clients before sharing the complete proposition.
At the same time, Bearleaders develops additional Trade relationships across the wider portfolio.
Together, the Hotel Journeys form a carefully selected portfolio — giving the Luxury Travel Trade one source for original, ready-to-recommend Hotel Journeys, with each hotel bringing its own people, relationships and insider access.
Your hotel remains the host
Bearleaders represents the Hotel Journey and coordinates requests with your team.
Your hotel personally delivers the Journey, confirms the reservation and receives payment directly from the guest.
The relationship with the guest remains where it belongs: with the hotel and the people who make the experience exceptional.
