A Hotel Journey is a curated multi-day stay that goes beyond the hotel's regular offering — enriched with unique experiences and personally delivered by the hotel and its tastemakers, from owners and General Managers to Michelin-starred chefs, sommeliers and other exceptional people connected to the hotel. A person from the hotel can become part of The Bearleaders.
Together, we turn what makes your hotel distinctive into one original, ready-to-recommend Hotel Journey for the Luxury Travel Trade.

What Bearleaders does
Creating the Hotel Journey is only the beginning. Bearleaders develops, represents and communicates the proposition on behalf of the hotel.
- We shape the Journey and its story, create a consistent presentation and make it ready to share B2B. This includes:
- Creating the Hotel Journey together with your team
- Developing the story, copy and visual presentation
- Creating trade-ready and white-label materials
- Representing and sharing the Journey with (your) selected Trade partners
- Providing one point of contact for requests and introductions
- Creating a Bearleader profile around the tastemaker(s) behind the Journey
- Introducing the hotel, its people and the world behind the Journey through Bearleaders' newsletter and social channels, including dedicated content such as reels
- As the Journey evolves, hotels can provide new imagery, stories and updates so that we can continue to represent it over time.
The full Hotel Journey remains unlisted. We create visibility around the people and story behind it, without publishing the complete itinerary publicly.
Unlisted by Design
Hotel Journeys are designed to be personally recommended, as if customized for that particular client.
Their value lies in the combination of the hotel, its people, the experiences and the story behind them — something best introduced through a personal conversation with a trusted travel advisor or concierge.
A personally delivered Hotel Journey is not something that can — or should — be offered at scale. To be represented by Bearleaders, the Hotel Journey therefore remains unlisted. The full Journey is not published or bookable on the hotel's website, OTAs or other public channels.
This is what allows the Luxury Travel Trade to recommend something original that their clients cannot simply find and book independently.
Distribution is a partnership
Bearleaders develops distribution partnerships with established Luxury Travel Trade organisations internationally, while selectively working with individual travel advisors.
Unlisted does not mean excluding your existing Trade relationships. Hotels can nominate the travel advisors, concierge agencies and other valued partners they want their Hotel Journey to reach. Bearleaders represents and shares the Journey with those partners on the hotel's behalf, alongside the Trade relationships we develop ourselves.
You bring your relationships. We bring ours.
Together, the Hotel Journeys form a carefully selected portfolio — giving the Luxury Travel Trade one source for original, ready-to-recommend itineraries personally delivered by each hotel and its tastemakers.
Your hotel remains the host
Bearleaders represents the Hotel Journey and coordinates access to it.
Your hotel personally delivers the Journey, confirms the reservation and receives payment directly from the guest.
The relationship with the guest remains where it belongs: with the hotel and the people who make it exceptional.
