Hotel Journeys
Bearleaders creates and represents unlisted Hotel Journeys with exceptional hotels — multi-day curated stays beyond the hotel's public offering, built around unique experiences, insider access and something not ordinarily bookable.
The Journey is created with the hotel and managed and delivered by the hotel, giving selected B2B partners something original and ready to recommend to their clients, members or groups.
1. For individual clients
Select a Journey that suits an individual client, couple, family or private group. Once agreed, we provide the information and materials you need to introduce it under your own client relationship.
2. Create your own small-group departure
Use an existing Hotel Journey as the basis for a private group. Together with the hotel, we agree a suitable date and any relevant adaptations, after which you can introduce the Journey to your own clients or members.
3. Activate a Hotel Journey for your audience
Select a Journey relevant to your audience and agree with Bearleaders how you will activate it — for example through a newsletter, private app, member communication or targeted client introduction. Once the activation is agreed, you receive the complete Trade PDF and supporting materials.
From Discovery to Stay
1. Discover
Explore the Bearleaders portfolio and identify a Hotel Journey relevant to your clients, members or group.
2. Select
Contact Bearleaders about the Journey you would like to work with and how you intend to use it.
3. Activate
For wider audience activation, we agree how the Journey will be introduced — for example through a newsletter, private app, member communication or targeted client campaign.
4. Receive
Once agreed, you receive the Trade PDF with the complete Journey and the supporting materials needed for your activation. The complete Journey remains unlisted and is not published publicly. Client-facing communication reveals enough to create interest and invite an enquiry, while the full Journey is shared privately.
5. Request
Hotel Journey requests are made through Bearleaders. We coordinate the quote with the hotel and remain involved through confirmation. The hotel manages and delivers the stay.
6. Stay
The hotel remains the host, managing and delivering the complete stay. The people, relationships and insider access behind each Journey bring the world of the hotel to life.
