The concept and curation of the stay are already in place, giving Luxury Travel Trade partners a distinctive proposition they can use in different ways.
For individual clients
Request a Hotel Journey for an individual client, couple, family or private group on suitable dates, subject to availability.
Bearleaders provides a white-label presentation that can be shared directly with your client.
Create your own small-group departure
Use an existing Hotel Journey as the basis for your own small-group departure.
Together, we agree a specific date with the hotel, after which you can promote the Journey under your own brand to your clients. We provide the materials needed to promote the Journey, including copy and photography and, where available and approved, video content.
Activate a Hotel Journey for your audience
Concierge agencies, private member clubs, companies and other partners can select a Hotel Journey and promote it under their own brand on a specific date to their clients or members.
From Request to Stay
1. Request
Contact Bearleaders with the Hotel Journey you are interested in and how you would like to use it.
2. Availability
Bearleaders checks availability with the hotel and, where relevant, agrees the specific date and details.
3. Present
We provide the materials needed to promote the Journey, including copy and photography and, where available and approved, video content. Full itineraries can not be shared publicly.
4. Book
All Hotel Journey requests go through Bearleaders, ensuring the commission arrangements agreed with you are recognised and protected. We offer above the hotel’s standard Trade commission.
The hotel confirms the booking directly and guests pay the hotel.
5. Stay
The Hotel Journey is delivered entirely by the hotel and its people, with its tastemakers personally bringing the experience to life — from Michelin-starred chefs and owners to General Managers, sommeliers, designers and others.
Events | Tailor made or ready to use
Bearleaders works with a large group of international tastemakers in Europe. We curate distinctive Events with The Bearleaders — Michelin-starred chefs, sommeliers, hoteliers, artists, designers and others.
Events can bring together clients, members, leadership teams or private groups and can be curated around the partner, audience and occasion.
The practical arrangements for Events depend on the format and are agreed individually.
