Two Michelin star chef Martin Kruithof of hotel and restaurant De Lindenhof visits this area every year and shares his favourite spots around Selva / Wolkenstein with you. Also a big fan of the area is jeweller Alon Ben Joseph, who found some hidden culinary gems hiding between the mountains. Ski the Sella Ronda in Val Gardena and enjoy the best food in the area.

L’ANGOLINA
Located at the Passo Sella resort at the heart of the pistes, this restaurant offers great food with even greater views.
DER GOSTNER SCHWAIGE
An incredibly cosy spot on Seisser Alm, with fantastic views and fresh food. They have their own farm, ensuring the freshest ingredients - they even produce their own cheese!
Definitely try to go here before 12, as it is a popular spot that quickly fills up.

RUNGGER SCHWAIGE
This family ran spot near Spitzbühl is South Tyrol at its most authentic. Lovingly home cooked food that miraculously still gets served quickly - with a smile.

HOTEL RESTAURANT PIZ SETEUR
Right outside the lift up to Selva you’ll find this cosy hotel and restaurant. The bottom floor houses a take-away and buffet that is nothing special, but upstairs there is a seating area and a good restaurant.
They also host an entertaining après-ski evening twice a week.

Further up from Selva at Comici you’ll find this spacious outside terrace, with several bars and great views.

FIENILE MONTE
On the route from Selva towards Canazei you’ll find this great restaurant and wine bar. It is easy to miss, but well worth a visit.
Perfect if you want to sit in a comfy chair while taking in the sun and sipping a glass of bubbly.
