Book a unique Bearleaders Cooking Adventure, held at De Lindenhof by Two Michelin-starred chef, Martin Kruithof, Bearleader in Food. We started building our paradise called De Lindenhof in Giethoorn 25 years ago. Together with my wife Marjan we gained Two Michelin Stars. Serving both local and international cuisine, the food is heavily inspired by the beautiful surroundings, with clean and pure taste in the foreground.

PALINGROKERIJ KONTER
This authentic smokehouse in Vollenhove is an excellent spot to get fresh and smoked eel, salmon, and mackerel. Their products are smoked the same way today as when they were established in 1911, with masterful craftsmanship and an open fire. Want to have a taste straight away? You can also enjoy a sandwich on the terrace with a beautiful view over the harbor.
