About | With a career spanning decades, Martin is a seasoned culinary veteran who earned his first Michelin star back in 1996. After honing his craft in Brussels, he returned to the Netherlands 25 years ago to create De Lindenhof, his personal gastronomic paradise in the village of Giethoorn. Known affectionately as "The Boating Chef," Martin offers a signature Bearleaders Hosted Experience that takes full advantage of Giethoorn’s reputation as the "Small Venice of the North."

Bearleaders offers a unique cooking workshop, hosted by Martin. He also takes you on his boat for an intimate tour of his hometown’s stunning scenery, complemented by an elegant selection of coffee and friandises or champagne and hors d'oeuvres. Book this by e-mailing sales@bearleaders.com.
