About | Heinz is a seasoned international hotel executive, with experience managing world-class hotel groups, overseeing five-star and palace category hotels. He was also the GM of renowned individual hotels, such as the the Amstel hotel and Hotel Des Indes. Heinz is married and has two children, who both work as pilots for KLM & Transavia.

Profession | Co-Chairman of the Board of Dutch Entities Westmont Hospitality Group. Senior consultant with clients such as Sun International Hotels Maldives, Asset Manager for the Çiragan Palace Istanbul, the Lanesborough Hotel London and more.

Achievements | Heinz worked himself up from luggage boy to being the COO of Intercontinental Hotels Europe, with responsibility for over 200 hotels all over Europe. He was awarded the Five Star Diamond Award as corporate Hotelier by the American Academy of Hospitality. He also oversaw the renovation and re-positioning of the Amstel Hotel in Amsterdam and Paris Le Grand Hotel & Spa.
