About | Martijn Barkhuis aka DJ Maestro, is best known for his platinum-winning albums for Blue Note Records. He has also made albums for Verve and Bethlehem Records, such as ‘Nina Simone remixed’. ‘Maestro ‘was connected to radio stations such as BNR, Arrow Jazz FM and Sublime FM. His albums ‘Deep Trip and Deep Trip 2’ are compilation albums released on Black Hole Recordings (co-founded by Tiesto), exploring warm grooves across house, jazz, soul, and downtempo. Maestro also performed with Gregory Porter and the Metropole Orchestra.
