About | Dennis makes top-level food accessible to everyone without intimidating formalities. Dennis is regularly flown worldwide for private cooking or parties. He often draws inspiration from restaurants internationally. Aside from his flagship Michelin-starred restaurant Daalder in Amsterdam West, he also opened Daalder Atelier in 2022. Located at the location of his first restaurant on the Lindengracht in the Jordaan, Dennis uses this restaurant as a way to experiment, sharing his newest creations with guests in a joyous journey of culinary discovery.
