Refine Your Fish Cooking Skills
Learn how to prepare fresh fish at restaurant Kromme Watergang in the company of your host, Bearleader in Food, Michelin-starred chef Tom Vinke.
Tom took over the kitchen from his father, renowned Two Michelin Star Chef Edwin Vinke, who is cooking nowadays on Ibiza at restaurant 1742. Tom received a Michelin star in 2024, an impressive achievement for a young chef.
The Oosterschelde and the North Sea are the main suppliers for the restaurant. Vegetable garden De Zilte Hof provides the rest of the ingedients, full of scents, colours and flavours, where Tom himself grows fruit, vegetables and herbs. In the kitchen, only local products are used.
You will experience a tour in the garden, a cooking demonstration by the chef himself, followed by a Michelin-starred lunch. If you wish you can request to have dinner in the evening as well, and/or stay in one of the suites of Kromme Watergang.
