Your hosts are Bearleader in Food, Marius Bosmans, Michelin-starred Chef at Chateau de Vignee in the Ardennes, the sommelier and welcoming staff at this five-star hotel.
The sommelier will let you taste: two white wines (one mineral and fresh, the other one more round and buttery), 1 red wine, 1 glass of sparkling wine, 1 glass of sweet wine (or two red wines if you prefer).
