Book this four-day gastronomical dining experience in the heart of the Spanish island of Mallorca in the company of your host, Bearleader in Food, Two Michelin-starred chef Martin Kruithof. Martin is an engaging host with an unmatched dedication to creating the finest experiences for his guests.
On this journey, you will experience the very best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients from Mallorca. Enjoy an exclusively designed menu of beautiful dishes, cooking together, wine tastings, and many opportunities to discover more of this Spanish island.
You will stay on a beautiful estate, with two large villas containing five bedrooms each. Each villa can accommodate 10 people, all luxury rooms equipped with your own bathroom.
The beautiful estate is located in a vineyard, and produces excellent red and white wines.

Four-days, three nights culinary experience as described above
Day 1. Check-in with a warm welcome by Michelin Star Chef Martin Kruithof and you will be served a refreshing aperitif. The dinner is served in a local gastronomical restaurant. Discover the uniqueness of Mallorcan cuisine.
Day 2. Start the day with breakfast a la Martin, then go grocery shopping on the market in the historic town of Palma. In the afternoon, there is time to relax, do sports, or enjoy nature or the beach. In the evening, Martin will cook and you can assist with the mise en place, followed by a special lobster dinner.
Day 3. The day starts with breakfast by Martin. You will have lunch at a local bodega and taste the best regional wines. In the afternoon, there is time to relax, do sports, or enjoy nature or the beach. In the evening, there is an evening full of dining & wining and you can assist Martin with the mise en place.
Day 4. On this day you can do whatever you feel like doing. On the estate, you can enjoy pure luxury: a private swimming pool, tennis court, a movie theater, and lots of terraces to relax. Experience beautiful views of the mountains and the sea and take walks or go golfing on one of the famous golf courses on Mallorca. It is also possible to take tennis- and yoga lessons or to book a (mountain) bike tour.

PACKAGE COSTS FOR 4 DAYS
€ 2.399,—ex 10% VAT per person (double room occupancy) or € 250,—ex 10% VAT extra (single occupancy). If you wish you can arrive earlier or stay longer (upon availability). The maximum number of guests is 14. There is enough time to spend the day by yourself as well.
