About | As a Málaga native, Manuel Navarro Mena has a clear vocation and a passion for local, seasonal produce. Manuel worked his way up from serving and dishwashing to cooking at iconic dining destinations. He underwent training at the Hotel Princesa Sofia Cordoba and the Ritz Carlton in Barcelona. Now Manuel is Executive Chef at Anantara Villa Padierna in Marbella, and Bearleader in Food.
