About | João Oliveira (1987) graduated in 2006 as Technician of Culinary Art from Escola Profissional Infante D. Henrique in Porto. Since then, he has worked in some of the most renowned Michelin Star Restaurants of Portugal, such as Largo do Paço in Amarante, the Yeatman Hotel in Porto, as well as Two Michelin Star Restaurant Vila Joya. In 2015, João Oliveira took over the leadership of Vista Restaurante. In 2019 he was awarded by the International Academy of Gastronomy with the Chef de L’Avenir award. In the same year, he conquered Vista’s Michelin Star and the Golden Fork award, presented by television program Boa Cama Boa Mesa.
