Achievements | Gianluca is Italy’s youngest five-star hotel General Manager (in 2021). He is the founder of Lusso Gentile (Kind Luxury), a cultural project that celebrates the beauty of kindness and promotes the values of empathy, compassion, and generosity. Through events and other initiatives, Lusso Gentile aims to inspire and motivate people to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives, creating a culture of kindness and human connection. He believes that small acts of kindness can have a big impact and that, by working together, we can create a more compassionate and just world. He is also the creator of “A scuola di Sogni” (School of Dreams) the first initiative in Italy dedicated to the teaching of soft skills in a Hotellerie School. Has has given public speeches and guest lectures in the best Italian Universities (Sapienza, IULM, IED). He has also founded the podcast “Leaders are Readers” available on Spotify and Apple Podcast.
